What to bring to your initial consultation
Creditor information
Provide a complete list of your creditors. Recent bills or statements are preferred. If you do not have recent bills or statements, then a list of creditors with approximate balances will do.
It is crucial that you provide us with a complete listing of all of your creditors and exact or approximate balances owing. We do not have the ability to find out who you owe.
Asset information
Provide a complete list of all your assets with statements if possible.
This includes:
- Stocks
- Bonds
- RRSP
- Real estate property
Income documentation
A copy of your most recent paystub and your spouse’s if married, common-law or a printout of a recent bank statement showing your regular monthly income.
Identification
Provide legal identification such as
- birth certificate
- passport
- citizenship card
